Founder and President

Aditya earned Master of Science in International Management with Merit from the Department of Strategy and Organisation, and Gold Level Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Hunter Centre of Enterprise, Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He also served as the President of Bharat Sansthan (India Society) at the university in the year 2014-15.

He earned Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) majoring in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delhi and did his schooling from the City Montessori School, Lucknow. He has also served as a Teach for India Fellow to eliminate education inequity in India.

Aditya was selected as a Hesselbein Fellow by the University of Pittsburgh, USA in recognition of his exemplary leadership and civic engagement skills and as a Prerna Fellow by the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, one of India’s top b-school in recognition of his exemplary leadership and entrepreneurial skills. He was also conferred the Fellow of CMS Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership and community service.

He has represented India at various International events including prestigious International Youth Forum Seliger organised by Federal Agency on Youth Affairs, Russian Federation and International Youth Forum Mauritius by Konectenu. He attended the Global Business Studies Programme at School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

Aditya is a prolific speaker and speaks on topics such as Education, Leadership, Civic Engagement, Development, Entrepreneurship, Excellence, Ethics & Values, Right to Information, Public Accountability, Cross Cultural Communication, Youth Empowerment, Public Policy, Law and Politics. He has delivered various lectures, presentations and workshops at many prestigious institutions such as University of London (UK), University of Pittsburgh (USA), Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, University of Delhi and Panjab University, Chandigarh to name a few.

Anilesh Tewari
Vice President

Anilesh earned B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi. He is also serving as the Trustee at Adhrit Foundation and Advisor at Model Governance Foundation.

He is a very active crusader in the field of Human Rights and Social Work and has been a part of Organizing Committees of various National and International events. As a part of his curriculum, Anilesh has participated in various Debates and Moot Court Competitions. He also holds a diploma in Cyber Law.



Arpit Gaharwar

Arpit earned Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi.  He is currently pursuing Executive Programme from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His areas of expertise include Business Development, Hospitality and Relationship Management. His areas of interest include Agriculture, Rural Development and Sports.




Jatin Garg

Jatin earned B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab has served at the managerial positions in various Public Policy think Tanks. He was the Founding Chairperson at Alexis Centre for Public Policy and International Relations and currently heading the Alexis Institute as its Director. He is also serving as the Director (Operations) at International Policy Analysis Network. He has founded and conceptualized two courses namely, Certificate Course on Research Methodology  and Certificate Course on Public Accountability of which the former is a skill based course and the latter is a knowledge based course.

Pursuing his interest in Research, he has authored two books, The Accountable Citizen and Playing with Regionalism. He has edited the book titled Playing with Rights & Duties which was published by Alexis Foundation. He has prepared Legislative Drafts titled “The Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill, 2012″ & “The Housewife Honorarium Guarantee Bill, 2013″ with the latter being adjudged as the Best Legislative Draft at a Conference on Gender Issues In India: Sensitisation, Reflection And Solutions organised by CASIHR, RGNUL in collaboration with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), New Delhi which was subsequently forwarded to Ministry of Women & Child Welfare for its consideration. His Research Paper on “Article 365: Key to Article 356″ was adjudged as Best Research Paper at National Seminar on Centre State Relations In India: Constitutional Imperatives and Political Overtures organised by University of Kashmir, Srinagar. He prepared a handbook on “Comparative Analysis of Registration Process of Political Parties in different Countries” while interning at Research Foundation for Governance: in India, Ahmedabad.

He has obtained Certificate in Public Policy “iPOLICY” (Meghalaya) from Centre for Civil Society, New Delhi and has attended conferences such as Liberty & Society Seminar (Goa), Asia Liberty Forum (New Delhi) and Markets & Morality (New Delhi) to build liberal thinking and perspectives.

To further his leadership and entrepreneurial skills, he has attended 1st Parliament of Indian Student Council Leaders at MITSOG,Pune; Young Leaders Program at IIM Lucknow & Jagriti Yatra, 2012. He was the member of Indian Delegations which visited International Youth Forum (Russia) and International Youth Forum (Mauritius) in 2012 & 2013 respectively.

Joint Secretary

Vibhanshu earned B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from the Chanakya National Law University Patna. Currently, he is practicing law at the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court. His inclination and prolific attraction towards litigation acted as a catalyst to pull him towards the walkways of Court. In the law school, he was an ardent mooter and he has to his credit privilege of winning the most prestigious Bar Council of India Moot Court Competition. Besides, he also had the privilege of winning the India rounds of the Stetson International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and representing India in the International Rounds of the competition held at Florida, U.S.A.

He is one of the founding member of the Alexis Society which has now branched out into several proactive youth run organisations engaged in espousing several societal causes. He has represented the organisation at the International Youth Forum Seliger, Russia.

Vibhanshu has always inspired hundreds of youngsters and have given them the impetus to aspire and achieve. At present he is contemplating the idea of establishing a boutique litigation law firm with a couple of his close aides.
